Cold weather arriving Monday Jan 20th 2013, 03:40 Preparing for day-long activity Monday may be a challenge, National Weather Service forecasters warned Saturday night, saying temperatures will drop in the afternoon or evening, and it could snow. Police said the man, who had been shot multiple times, was found on the sidewalk about 2:30 a.m. and was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
