Police said the first incident occurred about 5 p.m. in the 5300 block of James Place NE, a few blocks off Eastern Avenue. Read full article >> | D.C. police release video of men near shooting Dec 29th 2012, 16:29 D.C. police have released a video showing four men possibly linked to a shooting earlier this week in Southeast Washington that left a man critically wounded. The shooting occurred Wednesday about 3:30 p.m. at 14th and K streets Southeast, two blocks south of the Potomac Avenue Metro. The video released by police shows four men getting onto an escalator at the Eastern Market Metro station in Capitol Hill. At least two of the men are running and the others appear to be in a hurry. Officer Araz Alali, a D.C. police spokesman, said the suspected gunman was seen in a black Pontiac car that was later found abandoned in the 1000 block of South Carolina Avenue SE.
