Jason Chimera returning to the United States Nov 28th 2012, 01:10 Capitals forward Jason Chimera will return to the United States Wednesday after a five-game stint with HC Chomutov in the Czech Extraliga, his agent Allan Walsh confirmed. Chimera, 33, waited until November to look for work in Europe during the lockout because he didn't want to leave his wife and two young children. He ultimately missed his family too much to continue playing overseas while they remained in Alexandria and decided to return, as was first reported by TV Nova Sport in the Czech Republic. The suit, filed Monday in Greensboro, N.C., points to Maryland President Wallace D. Loh's suspicions that the exit fee equal to three time's the ACC's operating budget isn't legal.
